What products do we provide?

An "Inventory report" produced by inventoryclerk.com is an "AS SEEN" snapshot report detailing the state of the property and the properties contents at the time of the inventory inspection.

An "Interim" inspection is undertaken part way through a Tenancy, at the request of an agent or landlord. The report generated is a rough guide as to the condition of the property and its contents at the time of the inspection. Its purpose is to give the reader an idea as to whether the property and its contents are being well treated. A further benefit of an interim is the noting of any dilapidations or health and safety issues needing immediate attention.

A "Check In" occurs when a tenant is shown around a property with the inventory at hand. All items and their condition are pointed out to the tenant and any amendments to the inventory, if any, are made. The tenant then agrees to the draft inventory and signs accordingly. The inventory is then altered (where necessary) and submitted, with the signed check in document, as a final report to the landlord or agent.

A "Check-out" is an inspection and report produced at the end of a tenancy. The report identifies whether the state and or contents of the property have changed in any way from that listed on the original inventory. From this an assessment can be made as to whether a dilapidation claim against the tenant’ deposit is required.

Our aim is to keep the practicalities of the service simple and effective. Our desired outcome is that our clients will make their booking with no fuss or unnecessary telephone calls, and know that they can trust us to take care of the rest.

Our service is based upon an online calendar and simple booking system. Our client is able to access their personal calendar page through their personalised login and through that calendar page, oversee all of their bookings.

Clients are able to update bookings at any stage, and once a clerk has been allocated, the booking shows their telephone number in case of last minute need for direct contact.

Our clerks carry out the work to a consistent national standard, using the latest in voice-recognition technology, and fully utilising the benefits of the web. A PDF version of the report is returned on completion, usually within 48 hours. In most cases the report comes back within the same day.

We are currently the only service providing consistent nationwide standards, the only service to employ both voice-activated software and web-based facilities to enable online booking, monitoring of progress and the facility to have the finished product downloaded direct to any PC.
